Well, upon further examination, I realized I will not be able to swap my receivers quite yet. A small piece, known as the hop up unit, comes in two forms: one-piece, and two-piece. You can see the difference by clicking on this link. I forgot that AGM, the manufacturer of my receivers, only comes with one-piece hop up capabilities. My gun, incidentally, has a two-piece hop up. So, while it was a nice thought, I will be unable to continue upgrading my gun until I can get my hands on a new hopup. Stay posted, though. I'll have pictures from an upcoming war soon.

My new receivers came in today; they're rather beautiful. Since the seller didn't include a one piece hop-up, I'll have to buy one on my own and install it. That'll be fun. Pics of the swap (and possibly a video) to follow.

It's been a bit; this has become a less active blog that I hoped at the beginning. But for anyone who still follows my blog, I've just ordered a new receiver set for my gun. Receivers should get here Friday; I'll post pictures and a narrative on Monday or Tuesday next week. In the mean time, I am helping a friend of mine replace his receivers.
